CBS RADIO won two awards yesterday in Santa Clara, California at Radio Ink’s 2014 Convergence Digital Awards. The awards took place at the Hyatt Hotel during Radio Ink Convergence, radio’s digital media conference, from radio’s premier trade magazine. With a total of five nominations in six categories, CBS RADIO won BEST RADIO APP for Radio.com and BEST BRAND EXTENSION THROUGH STREAMING for Watch The Junkies, a live web simulcast of WJFK-FM Washington, D.C.’s morning radio show, available for viewing and live interaction at www.watchthejunkies.com.
The Convergence Digital Awards are an annual awards competition from Radio Ink given to companies that display excellence in the digital space. This is the fourth year the awards have been presented.
