CBS RADIO Celebrates “The 58th Annual Grammy Awards®” and This Year’s Hottest Music with a Variety of Over-The-Air and Digital Programming

Death Cab for Cutie and Alessia Cara Performing Live at The GRAMMY Museum®

 

In honor of Music’s Biggest Night® and in support of CBS’s broadcast of the event, CBS RADIO will showcase the power of music through a variety of live shows, digital editorial content, and over-the-air programming, featuring the hottest songs and this year’s nominees.  THE 58TH ANNUAL GRAMMY AWARDS will be broadcast from the STAPLES Center in Los Angeles on Monday, Feb. 15 (8:00-11:30 PM, live ET/5:00-8:30 PM, PT/6:00-9:30 PM, MT) on the CBS Television Network.

Below are highlights of CBS RADIO’s programming leading up to the event that recognizes the best artists in the industry:

 

  • In partnership with The Recording Academy®, GRAMMY® Radio will be powered by com for the seventh straight year. Home to all the latest hits and popular music from nominated artists, the station also includes news and facts about the GRAMMY Awards. Music fans can tune in online at GRAMMY.com or Radio.com.
  • CBS RADIO Los Angeles stations KROQ (KROQ-FM) and 97.1 AMP Radio (KAMP-FM) will host two special musical events featuring performances by GRAMMY nominee Death Cab for Cutie and breakthrough artist Alessia Cara at The GRAMMY Museum® at L.A. Live on Saturday, Feb. 13 at 6:00 PM, PT and 8:00 PM, PT, respectively. Music fans will have the opportunity to win tickets to these two intimate performances at the Clive Davis Theater throughout the week.
  • Various CBS RADIO music stations from across the country will broadcast live from Radio Row in the days prior to the GRAMMY Awards where they will interview the hottest artists, predict the big winners, play the newest music, and more. These stations include Chicago’s B96 (WBBM-FM), Philadelphia’s 96.5 AMP Radio (WZMP-FM), Boston’s Mix 104.1 (WBMX-FM), Phoenix’s Live 1015 (KZON-FM), and Hartford’s 965tic (WTIC-FM).
